We are committed to fulfilling the requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Ontario Human Rights Code in all applicable aspects of our business including customer service, the creation and revision of organizational policies, employment practices, employee training and development, and information and communication.

Customer Service

We are committed to providing accessible customer service to people with disabilities as outlined in our Accessible Customer Service Policy and our multi-year Accessibility Plan. This means we will provide goods and services to people with disabilities with the same high quality standard as others.

Organizational Policies

We are committed to ensuring that all applicable requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act are fulfilled and integrated into new organizational policies being developed or as existing ones are being revised.

Employment Standards

We are committed to fair and accessible employment practices. The requirements of AODA and the IASR will be reflected in our recruitment programs, emergency response program, return to work program, performance management system, and career development program.

We are committed to providing training in the requirements of Ontario’s Accessibility laws and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it applies to people with disabilities. Training will be refreshed on an annual basis or whenever revisions to our policies have taken place.
