BiteBeauty.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders of $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of Standard 3 Day shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping
Certain items are considered hazmat, or hazardous materials which include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) and are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
At this time, BiteBeauty.com does not carry any Hazmat products.
We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.
We might not have had all of the desired items in stock when your package was shipped. If this is the case, the shipping confirmation email should tell you which products might still be outstanding and awaiting shipment. If a product does not get shipped, of course you will not be charged for it. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us at 1.844.500.BITE (2482), 24 hours, 7 days a week, excluding holidays. Have your order number ready, and let us know which products you are missing.

Please send the defective or incorrect item(s) back to us, using the free returns process. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will gladly send you a replacement. Use the return form included in your original packaging or contact Customer Service at 1-844-500-2483.
If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, you must include it with your return shipment in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.
Sorry, purchases from BiteBeauty.com cannot be returned or exchanged at Lip Lab or other authorized retailers.

To register for a Bite Beauty account, you just need to provide your name, email address, and password. Don’t worry about filling out the rest of your account information right away—shipping, billing, and address can be provided later. Once registered, you can check out your order status, order history, and manage your account.
You can change your login email address and password by clicking on "My Information" within your account. Please note that your email subscriptions will be sent to your new email address and any emails related to the order will go to the email address provided at checkout.

CREDIT CARD TROUBLE
If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, call 1-844-500-2483 or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
