We are committed to fair and accessible employment practices. The requirements of AODA and the IASR will be reflected in our recruitment programs, emergency response program, return to work program, performance management system, and career development program.Training and Development
We are committed to providing training in the requirements of Ontario’s Accessibility laws and the Ontario Human Rights Code as it applies to people with disabilities. Training will be refreshed on an annual basis or whenever revisions to our policies have taken place. All new hires will be onboarded with Accessibility training within their first week of employment.Information and Communication
We are committed to making our information and communications accessible to people with disabilities. The Company will provide, on request, information in an accessible format or with communication supports to people with disabilities, in a manner that takes into account their disability.
